Since 1976, Tom presided as District Judge in Warren and Centerline, Michigan's 37th District Court. He left the bench in May of 1996 to go back to his first love - the car business.
Tom began his career in the car business in 1961 as part of the General Motors Design Staff. He moved to Chevrolet in 1963 working as a service representative and later in Chevrolet Owner Relations. Upon receiving his Doctor of Law degree in 1969 he moved to the GM Legal Staff working on various product liability claims as a trial attorney. In 1972 he established his own law firm with a long time friend.
In 1976 at the urging of family and friends, he ran for the office of District Judge and won.
He brings to Nissan of Sterling Heights knowledge of the car business and a sense of uncommon fairness towards the customer.

A Roseville, MI native, has maintained an active employment in the retail auto industry since 1974. Working in various managerial capacities with Story Automotive Group and the Suburban Collection has groomed Al for this newest position as partner in Nissan of Sterling Heights.
